This three-part session outlines several strategies that may support successful client conversation regarding the WELL Building Standard™. Compiled from industry feedback, these strategies provide a framework for things you are encouraged to do when presenting WELL™ to clients. It is important to conduct your own thorough research into sources, articles, and reference materials mentioned throughout this session.

Audience: WELL APs, project teams, public health professional, design professionals, facility managers, architects, engineers, wellness and sustainability consultants.

OBJECTIVES

  1. Recognize several ways to prepare for a presentation that introduces the WELL Building Standard™.
  2. Identify project considerations and provide input on possible business case metrics.
  3. Differentiate components of the business case discussion and provide supporting information.
  4. Understand the importance of maintaining scientific integrity and utilize the extensive resources found in the WELL Building Standard™.
